Let's Move: How to Stay Moving at Home

You can still get moving and log minutes while staying safely at home. Here are a few tips for getting active in your living room!

Challenge Your Family or Roommates to a Push-Up Competition! 
Push-ups work almost every muscle in your body and strengthen your core, chest and arms at the same time. If you can’t do a full push-up on the floor, try a wall push-up, counter push-up or knee assisted push-up.

Try Chair Sits
All you need for this exercise is a chair! Stand with your feet a bit wider than your hips, hold your stomach in and slowly sit down on the chair, with control. As soon as you sit, stand up again without moving your feet. You can repeat this movement several times.
