Palm Health Foundation's Reopening Plan

As the county begins to reopen, Palm Health Foundation is following guidance from the Florida Department of Health to ensure that our staff remains healthy and safe. We are fortunate to have Dr. Alina Alonso, Director of the Florida Department of Health, on our board of trustees, and therefore feel confident in opening our office under the following guidelines:

All staff has the flexibility to continue working remotely if they feel most comfortable doing so.

Staff that wish to come into the office will maintain social distancing. This means that staff will not congregate in common areas, will stay six feet apart and will wear masks while in the office.

We will maintain cleanliness by sanitizing high touch areas (door handles, hand railings, office appliances, etc.) several times a day.

All of the foundation’s meetings will be conducted using video conferencing tools; in-person meetings are suspended.

At this time, the only available tool that we have to fight the COVID-19 virus is social distancing. Palm Health Foundation encourages other organizations and businesses in Palm Beach County to put social distancing procedures into place as they welcome employees back to work.
