Scholarship Request Form

Thank you for your interest in attending Community Change Experience 2022. We offer a limited number of scholarships to assist attendees with the cost of participating in the Experience. Please fill out and submit the below form by Wednesday, August 31, 2022 to be considered for a scholarship. All scholarship requests will be considered on a first come, first served basis.

Scholarship recipients will be notified by Friday, September 2, 2022.
