An Update on the Culture of Health Prize
We announced in February that Palm Beach County is a finalist for the Robert Wood Johnson Culture of Health Prize, an honor that uplifts communities working at the forefront of advancing health, opportunity and equity for all. This month, we completed the application process and are now awaiting results. The final stage of Palm Beach County’s review included community reflection sessions in which resident leaders and community partners shared about the collective work that is spurring health advancement across our neighborhoods.
Regardless of the prize outcome, Palm Health Foundation is proud to be part of a community in which shared leadership is creating health solutions with health equity and the social determinants of health at the core. It has been an honor to collaborate with Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County, Palm Beach County Youth Services Department and many other community partners to submit Palm Beach County’s application for the award.
